RULES

We need both parents and especially trainers to follow the rules below and to work with each other allow for smooth practices and especially smooth transitions from session to session.

In order for this to work, we need full cooperation from everyone. Groups that are problematic can result in removal from Robbins Lane for practice and games.

  • practices need to be supervised by at least one parent per group
  • sessions need to start on time and more importantly finish on time
  • trainers need to remove their cones and help remove their kids from the field at the end of their practice to allow for a new group to move onto the field.
  • non-jericho teams, random kids or other private training needs to be removed from the field. send them to the small field, if they give you a hard time, please call 516.677.5350 (Town of Oyster Bay Public Safety) to get help if necessary (we don’t feel it will ever come to that).
  • private training should not occur in the main field during peak hours
  • if you have 1/2 a field for the front part of your session but need to consolidate into 1/3 of the field for the 2nd part of your session, please set up accordingly and make sure you consolidate your field to avoid any issues
  • all lacrosse goals and other goals not in use need to be moved OFF the field near the railroad tracks, not to the sideline, we need trainers to also make sure this happens
  • please make sure your kids clean up after themselves after leaving the field
  • if you don’t plan on using a slot on a given day/night, you need to inform Craig Snyder (justlaracraig@aol.com), please cancel & notify as far in advance as possible
  • it is your responsibility as a coach to cancel any practices with your trainer directly
